A threat actor has purportedly put up for sale access to the backoffice/admin panel of a leading Spanish cryptocurrency exchange. According to the actor, this access grants entry to the largest crypto exchange platform in Spain. Allegedly, this access enables users to look up sensitive information such as names, surnames, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, document IDs, addresses, IBAN numbers, crypto wallets, and crypto movements. Additionally, users can reportedly modify or create admin accounts, create new customer profiles, verify Know Your Customer (KYC) information, remove KYC verification, block customers, and more. The price for this access is set at $10,000 and will only be accepted in XMR (Monero). The seller assures potential buyers that the transaction will be conducted with a middleman, ensuring a secure exchange.
